As an Operations Manager at Impressive Relations, you will have overall responsibility for our two successful sales/appointment booking teams within B2B. We are looking for someone who not only has leadership experience but also has a background in sales and understands what it takes to succeed.

You have made the journey yourself – you have a background in appointment booking or direct sales and know what it takes to succeed. You have previous leadership experience and enjoy coaching and developing others. You are results-driven, analytical, and have a strategic understanding of sales. You are a natural leader who inspires and drives the team forward. You have strong communication skills and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
